Launch Event Schedule
To assist with the launch event and ensure it goes smoothly, I have made a launch schedule that details what items are required and the timetable of each section.
Launch Event Invitations - Using the CRM spreadsheet located on the Master Spreadsheet, I contacted various organisations with similar ethics as SunCoast and/or Ocean Generation. These organisations were contacted via email or by contact form on websites owned by said organisations.
Remainder Production Logs - I have caught up writing my entries for the production log. Just awaiting other team member's entries.

[SunCoast Website, Blog update]
Other Documents - Additional documents have also been written such as the Terms-of-Use and a rework of the Customer Persona Document.
Outsourcing Roster - Added the outsourcing team to the roster on Master Spreadsheet. This includes what their responsibilities were for the animated short film.

Import into Unreal and Troubleshooting
"This week I finished all the renders needed for the film!
As always there were some complications with some shots that I had to fix or re-render but in the end we managed to get a finished project done early!"
"Now I want to make sure I finish the individual submission and everything before Wednesday's submission, that way I can focus on moving out of my home on the 14th and doing the retrospective."
"One of the shots that was a little bit of a problem was SH_040, the characters were in the wrong position and sized up to large, so to save time and to render the shot straight away I simply realised the characters and repositioned them where they were supposed to be. A very simple troubleshoot but an easy and effective one!"
"Another problem I faced was with SH_90, the net alembic was too large to import into the scene causing the scene to crash multiple times. We fixed the problem by removing the animation and deleting some faces of the net."
"Some of my favourite shots to render were definitely shot 90 and 100, although 90 did have some problems. This is because I was able to be more artistic with these shots, as they were the important emotional shots for the project. I wanted to showcase what I learnt through my personal work lighting characters."
"I really like how those shots came out in the end and I am proud of what the Suncoast team has managed to do over the course of the Masters course."

Launch Event
"This week it was all hands on deck. Production was finished, so I focused mostly on personal work, admin things and the launch event.
For the launch event, we had to fight for it but we thankfully got a budget to buy refreshments. We did everything from a floor plan to organising who would be doing what role for the day. Priya made the presentation while I organised refreshments. An Ocado order was placed, and we made sure that we had enough budget for pizzas on the day.
The admin consisted of making sure the Pipeline Bible was up to standard for the submission. This meant giving it a look over and updating some screenshots and information.
The Bird animation I was doing for my personal work was talking shape pretty well. At the end of last week, I managed to get a test render out which looked a bit rough. To fix this, I dedicated another 3 hours to making sure things were smoothed out. After 5 hours of work the result was quite nice. Looking at the 2nd render, It still needed a bit of fixing, but it came out better than the horse animation.
I organised my personal and team submission for the hand-in, I made sure to make a checklist as I didn't want to miss anything out."

I have been compiling images of my rendered objects and textures that I have created in Substance painter and sending it off to Ethan. I will now soon get started on my retrospective document and sort out the individual document in a way that doesn't require mw to create 40 pages of information.
