Ferris Wheel Texturing
The Ferris wheel is now undergoing the process of being UVed. Once I prepped for texturing, I imported the asset into Substance and worked on the textures. Since this environment asset is being placed in the background of shots, I shouldn't dedicate too much time to the detail. As long as the silhouette is there, the asset should be fine.
SunCoast Website; Team Page
It was brought to the team's attention that the team page wasn't functioning as intended. At different resolutions, team member's images would sometimes cropped out. A fix for this was to use a 'repeater' in a container box. Although more adaptable, an alternate problem occurs where the repeater presents the images on 2 rows rather than a single row.

Research - Privacy Policy
I have been comparing what elements are on other websites. One of which are a number of resources normally located at the bottom of websites. These often have a list of documents/resources that explain how the company functions and stipulates legal procedures. A notable example, the Privacy Policy. I have been researching what exactly goes into a privacy policy and preparation is underway to write one for SunCoast.
Master Spreadsheet
As the end of production has been approaching, I have been updating the master spreadsheet in accordance to the current progress of 'Our Ocean'.

Audio Fixes
As the voice lines have been recorded with different hardware for each voice actor, I worked on mastering the audio in preparation for the film. Using Audacity, I simply tweaked the audio by obtaining a noise profile and removing it from the audio clips. Additional tweaks such as; bass and treble amplification was also done.

GEORGE MORRIS
Import into Unreal and Troubleshooting
"The last week of Easter for me was much the same as last week, waiting on animation to finish off their shots and finding a place to live for my job."
"I also started sorting and organising my work for the 11th May submission."

Dailies and Troubleshooting
"This week the end was in sight, the animation was in a good place and we started to make progress on our launch party.
For the animation, I only have a few main feedback points. The first for SH_030 was that I needed to add the lip sync and that when Maya noticed Dex and Troy she should do a wave. Similar to how dory in finding nemo waves at characters sometimes."
"The other shot (SH_040) it was mentioned that the turtles move too much. To combat this, I isolated their body and fin movements, extracted them to an animation layer and decreased the weight of that layer. That did most of the work, but I still needed to space out the keyframes to make them move slower.
The launch party had some progress, as the room was finally booked. I emailed Lucy Cumberland, the Timetabling Manager, who mentioned that the floor we wanted, floor 2, was booked up but we could have the same room on the 1st floor. This was ideal, as the floor didn’t matter. We just needed a big enough room.
For my personal work I was quickly releasing the horse rig I had was a little broken and difficult to use. I tried to find another one but there were no free rigs I could use to substitute it. However, while going through Truong CG Artist’s Gumroad page I found a fantastic bird rig I wanted to try out. Seizing this opportunity, I immediately started looking for references."
What I’ve been listening to this week:

MUHAMAD USMAN
There was some feedback to the layout environment. I needed to change the rocks or delete one so that it doesn’t take up the environment screen. The roller coaster blueprint that I was creating within the ac.
What I’ve been listening to this week:
