Gantt Chart

It may be the current version of the Gantt chart that I have at the moment, but I really dislike using this chart. It is irritating to edit and change. It is in definite need of an overhaul. What I can see myself doing is making an overhaul for OddWatch and then making an alternate version for SunCoast.

Master Spreadsheet

The master spreadsheet has been such a useful asset for SunCoast so far (excluding the Gantt chart). It's a very useful database of information which the entire team has access to. The excel workshop sessions have proven to be quite useful so far. I've received feedback for the master spreadsheet that I'm yet to implement.

OddWatch: Lean Canvas

Management assets that I've been developing for SunCoast, I've also created versions for OddWatch (and vice versa). Simply to spend my time more efficiently.

I've spent a number of sessions sitting down and writing out a lean canvas. These things are great at having details of the business all on one page but writing these has allowed me to ask myself questions and overly criticize aspects. I can see how my idea has changed each time I write one of these. In fact, I should probably write another one as I know for certain that my idea has changed since writing my SMART analysis.
